About Ready, Steady, CREATE!
To think creatively is one of the keystones of resilience in mental health and this 8-week course is designed for people who would like to develop their creativity in a safe and supportive group of people.
Each week you will be given a simple activity to help get your creative juices going, in a relaxed and supported group where we can also share ideas, meet new friends and create together.
The results will be individual to you, everyone is different! No specific tools or materials are required just a willingness to enjoy!
Do you need help to take part?
To make these workshops as inclusive to as many people as we can please let us know any access needs you have when you sign up, and how we can help you to take part.
This might include regular reminders about sessions, support getting onto Zoom, a phone call to explain what to expect before we get started, or a discussion about how you prefer to communicate. If you have a key worker or need support staff, they are welcome to join our sessions to support you to take part.
