CoCreate are gathering stories on the theme of journeys for their #PostcardsFromMemory project. From extravagant road trips to disastrous holidays; from a walk to the shops to a cycle across the Pyrenees; from a journey of recovery to a search for a new life, CoCreate would love to hear your story of a memorable journey.

You can share your story about a journey using words or images or both, and you can upload photos, or send us your postcard in the post!
