Let’s CoCreate!

Project Design

We want to partner with you to make your project happen – got an idea but not sure how to get it started.

From initial idea to final report, we can help you develop a project to be proud of. We offer a range of services from consultation, research and training, through to project design and delivery.

We want more fantastic creative projects to happen, engaging communities and supporting people to feel better and live better.

Get in touch with us for an informal chat about how we can CoCreate together.

We understand the value of evaluation to support both sharing your work, and improving what you do.
As practitioners we also understand the challenges in evaluating successfully and meaningfully, often in a variety of contexts and to help you tell different stories!

We use a mix of creative, and more traditional methods to help us document and evaluate arts and wellbeing work, including Theory of Change. We can help you find a way that makes best use of your resources, whilst meeting arts outcome evaluation, reporting to funders, and your artist and participant needs.

We can work with you to build evaluation in from the very beginning and develop better projects right from the start, we can also help you make sense at the last minute, reviewing the work and finding a story to present the evidence you have, into a impact narrative for your work. Drop us a line for an informal chat about evaluation.

We offer training to artists, and non-artists in both how to deliver, and commission participatory arts.

We love working with artists who would explore developing their practice in community settings, we can offer bespoke packages, including mentoring to help translate existing creative skillsets into ones that are also fantastic at working with others.

We can explore a range of themes from creative skills, to more practical sessions, from the ‘art’ of arts and health work, ethics, access needs and adaptation, session or project planning, evaluation and health and safety, as well as more specific considerations for working with vulnerable people in creative ways.

We also work with venues, commissioners and organisations, in both arts and health fields to equip you and your team with the knowledge to make strong and informed decisions to enable you to develop effective participatory, community, or arts and health programmes of work.

Sign up to our newsletter for updates on our regular training workshops, or get in touch to discuss a bespoke package.

Gemma is great at evoking passion in people even when they feel their creative flame has been blown out. Her dedication and drive is contagious.
