What is Creative Health?

Creative Health is the practice of using artistic expression to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. We believe creativity can open up new ways to feel, heal and connect. Whether through painting, movement, music or storytelling, Creative Health helps us navigate life with greater clarity, balance and meaning, especially when words alone fall short.
